OCMC (Open Claw Mission Control) is my personal AI command center. A single workspace where coordinator agents, specialist subagents, skills, flows, and memory live together so I can run my business, my ventures, and my personal life from one place.
The Challenge
Running multiple ventures, projects, and personal commitments at once means context lives in too many places. Chat threads, docs, calendars, email, and tools each hold pieces of the picture. No off-the-shelf AI tool was set up to actually own coordination across all of it without becoming another inbox to manage.
The Solution
Built a workspace structured around a chief-of-staff agent that routes work to specialist subagents (coaching, GTM, build, capital, ops), with persistent memory, daily logs, heartbeat checks, and a clear separation between coordination and execution. Skills, flows, plugins, and custom MCP servers live as versioned files instead of vendor-locked config, so the whole system stays portable and improves over time.
