Waydock
Waydock is the secure context layer for your work: connect mail, meetings, and tasks to any agent you already use — Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Mira in‑app — with one scoped key, read‑only by default, and a single audit log.
The Challenge
Pointing multiple agents at your accounts means five broad, standing grants, no shared record of who did what, and a prompt‑injection email that can tell any of them to forward secrets. Wiring agents yourself is insecure by default.
The Solution
Built a unified MCP context layer with one scoped key per person, ~47 typed tools across mail, calendar, meetings, and tasks, provenance gating that disables write tools after untrusted content is read, approval cards for send/delete/external shares, and Mira for teams who never touch an MCP client. Security is the product; triage and morning briefs are outputs of the secure connection.
Key Achievements
- One scoped key per person, read‑only by default — revoke once and app plus agent both stop
- Provenance gating: after an untrusted email or transcript is read, send and delete switch off for that turn
- Approval cards pause send, delete, and external shares until a human clicks
- Unified context across Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, Fathom, Fireflies, Linear, Jira, and more
- Bring Claude, Cursor, Cline, or ChatGPT via MCP, or use Mira in‑app under the same scopes and audit log
