TextIt is a shared corporate SMS hub that centralises 2FA and OTP messages across Asta Group, replacing scattered phones and SIM cards with a single, auditable inbox.
The Challenge
Before TextIt, authentication codes were spread across personal phones, shared devices, and loose SIM cards, making access unreliable and auditing difficult across ~100 staff.
The Solution
Designed and shipped an internal SaaS platform that receives and centralises SMS-based 2FA and OTP messages, with shared inboxes, routing rules, and permissions that work across all Asta Group entities.
Key Achievements
- Eliminated reliance on personal phones and ad-hoc SIM cards for authentication
- Adopted across the entire Asta Group (~100 staff and subsidiary companies)
- Standardised how 2FA and OTP messages are accessed, logged, and audited
- Built as an internal product with a clear path to external SaaS commercialisation
